|What Is PBT?
Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program that uses the fitness ball and other equipment to help students use muscle memory to improve core stability, weight placement and alignment.
|Who Can Do PBT?
While PBT is designed for ballet dancers, the program is suitable for any dancer or athlete wishing to improve their alignment and increase strength. Students must be at least 6 years old to participate.
|What Do I Need?
A detailed materials list will be provided upon registration. All students will need to bring an appropriately sized exercise ball, a 9-inch softball, and a pilates mat. Junior level and above will also need a lacrosse ball.
